Our phone Banking Service gives you 24 hour access to your accounts from any touch phone.  It's a free service, you only pay the cost of a local call, regardless of where you ring from within Australia.

By simply calling 1300 361 555 and following the voice prompts, you can:

  • Hear your Savings, Investment and Loan account balances
  • Have your previous transactions read to you
  • Hear if funds have been credited to your account
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Give 24hrs notice to withdraw or transfer funds from your Access Saver Account
  • Pay bills using BPAY
  • Transfer funds to selected third party accounts
  • Obtain interest earned for the last financial year
  • Change your personal access code
