How do I register for the Direct Access 24hr Phone Banking Service?

We will automatically register you for the Phone Banking service when you open your membership.

 

What happens if I forget my access code?

You must notify the Credit Union that your access code is not working or you have forgotten your access code. We will issue you a new access code after we have performed the appropriate identity checks. You will be required to change this code the next time you use Phone Banking.

 

Can I access the Phone Banking Service whilst overseas?

The Phone Banking Service can be accessed whilst overseas using the International Access Number for that country, followed by 61 3 5225 2111. Although we do not charge for the service, international call rates will apply.

 

What do I need to do to give somebody else access to my accounts?

The only way that another person can have access to your accounts is for that person to be a signatory on the accounts. You and the person that you are giving the authority to will need to complete an Amendment Authority and the new signatory will have to provide their full identification. This form is available at any branch.
