rediATM Removal

Attention: open in a new window. Print

Late last year, the major banks stopped charging fees for using their ATMs.  As a result, transactions at this rediATM have reduced markedly.  Additionally, more and more people are using alternatives to cash to purchase goods and services.  It is uneconomic for your Credit Union to continue to incur the increasing costs maintaining the rediATM.  FCCS has therefore decided to leave the rediATM scheme and the ATM at 107 Gheringhap Street, Geelong will no longer be available after Sunday 2nd September 2018.

Here are ways we can help you access your accounts:
  • Come inside our branch and receive personal assistance from our friendly Member Service Consultants.
  • FCCS internet banking allows you to transfer your money between accounts and to external accounts instantly with OSKO (National Payments Platform).
  • BPAY allows you to pay bills over the phone or online around the clock.
  • Your rediCARD can be used at ATMs across Australia.  If a fee is not disclosed when you make an ATM withdrawal, the transaction is free.
  • Use your rediCARD to obtain cash when purchasing goods and services.  At major supermarkets, you can withdraw cash without a purchase.
  • Bank@Post is available at Australia Post Branches throughout Australia.
  • FCCS offers Pay Wave, Apple and Google Pay minimising the amount of cash you need to carry.
Please note that from 1 January 2019 FCCS Members using a rediATM branded ATM may incur a fee which will be disclosed when performing a withdrawal.
